Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Blade & Drill Bit Sharpeners (potential metal filing contamination)
- Belt & Disc Sanders (if belts/discs have been used)
- Bench Grinders & Linishers (with signs of wheel use)
- Any assembled, installed, or used tool
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Support
Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]
- Body: Include product name, reason, and for exchanges, specify replacement
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. Never ship without an RMA – we can’t process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA on the outside. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days and email you:
- Refund approval notification
- Exchange shipment update
- Any issues found
Refund Information
Approved refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection:
- Credited to original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility (unless our error)
Exchange Information
For approved exchanges:
- We ship replacements after receiving/inspecting original items
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll be invoiced or refunded)
- Standard shipping rates apply unless exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or wrong items:
- Do not use the item
- Take photos of the issue
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with order number and photos
We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs.
