We understand that even the most professional tradespeople occasionally need to return or exchange items, and we’ve designed this process to be as straightforward as your workbench setup.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Blade & Drill Bit Sharpeners (due to potential contamination from metal filings)
  • Belt & Disc Sanders (when belts or discs have been used)
  • Bench Grinders & Linishers (if grinding wheels show signs of use)
  • Any tool that has been assembled, installed, or used

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our quality control team will inspect the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:

  • Your return is approved and refund is processed
  • Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
  • There are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement (processing times vary by financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For approved exchanges:

  • We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  1. Do not use the item
  2. Take photos of the damage or incorrect item
  3. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs

Professional Tip: For expensive equipment like cranes, chain blocks, or hoists, we recommend inspecting the shipment upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
